EYES ON THE PRIZE!

With less than 15 days left, the ladies are now polishing up on a few areas before they leave for the Commonwealth games, 2022. The team consisting of 7 non travelling reserves and 18 players have been in camp for the past 45 days prepping for this tournament. The tournament will be held in Birmingham, England, as from Friday, 29 July 2022 to Monday, 8 August 2022.

They have been having a series of friendlies with local clubs as part of their preparations. The friendlies are played two consecutive days with a one day break in between, just as will be their games in Birmingham. The Blades will be having their first game on July 29th , being in the same pool with Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Scotland, the lades hope to leave a mark in the games.
